Ariba 14s release - Features ?

We have used Ariba 13s in our Ariba - PI - SAP S/4 integration solution. With the new release, will there be additional fields coming in the Ondemand wsdls ? Do we need to redo the complete development?

Ariba Procurement Content integration to SAP ECC - Issue with Ship To (Plant ID) Address not being passed.
Hi Experts,
We are working on a project where we have integrated the Ariba Procurement Content (APC) with the SAP ECC system using the OCI.
We are in need to send the 'plant id' (ship to address) from SAP ECC to APC in the OCI request which is used for Punch-outs. As per the APC Integration Guide, we need to use the "User.Address.UniqueName" parameter in the OCI configuration.
But we can not give the complete parameter as ECC OCI configuration only supports 20 characters due to which the parameter is truncating to "User.Address.UniqueN" and as a result we cannot pass the values from SAP ECC to APC in the OCI request.
Please help as we need to fix this asap. Thanks in advance.

Ariba SIPM integration with SAP ECC for Vendor Master Data
Hi,
We are trying to integrate Ariba SIPM with SAP ECC so that the Vendor Master Data can be created in SAP ECC post approval of Supplier in SIPM.
The 14s release talks about integration via SAP MDG.
Is there any standard way of integration between Ariba SIPM and SAP ECC without SAP MDG ?
Any documentation on the integration (standard or custom) would be helpful.

APC Catalog Blank Page
When we try to open the catalogue from tcode me21n / me51n on SAP, the catalogue is not being opened, instead we are getting one blank white window page We have checked all parameters on SPRO transaction and everything seems good. We have Internet Explorer 11 in all our PCs.
Any ideas?

How to update supplier master data (Increamental load) ??

I am trying to update the supplier master data in Ariba P2P. I want to update the supplier record for only 1 supplier (Supplier SAP ID) so I need to do the incremental load.
I am new to the process and I don't have any guidance available on how to do it. Can anyone guide me about the supplier data incremental load or provide me any documentation for the same.

How data flows between SAP and Ariba for punch out catalogs, when we have both POIA and APC for the same supplier.
I would like to know how the data flows between different systems when we do a Punch Out catalog transaction for a particular supplier. We are using Ariba P2P,APC and Ariba POIA modules. For normal PO transaction happens between SAP and Ariba network via EDI.
But I would like to know how the transaction will happen if we are using both APC and POIA and we shop via punch out catalog.

Using Ariba Web-Services with Web-Service Security
Hi Ariba Experts,
We are implementing Ariba-SAP integration using Ariba provided inbound(to Ariba) web-service. We have configured the Web-Service Security(Sign / Encrypt) with Ariba Web-services. To do this:
- We are using SAP PO as Middleware
- We have created an inbound end-point in Ariba using
Manage --> Administration --> Integration Manager --> End Point Configuration
- We have maintained Middleware's (EAI's) certificate in Inbound End Point
- Configured the EAI for web-service security as following :
For Request Message:
1. Signing the message with EAI Private Key
2. Encrypting the message with Ariba Public Key
For Response Message:
1. Validating the message with Ariba's Public Key
2. Decryption the message with EAI's Private Key
All Configuration seems fine. However, everytime we call the web-service, we get following error:
" java.io.IOException: invalid content type for SOAP: TEXT/HTML; HTTP 500 Internal Server Error"
Please suggest if anyone else has faced such issues with Ariba web-services or have any idea about the issue.

Ariba - S/4 HANA Integration
Hi,
We have requirement to integrate Ariba with S/4 HANA without a middle ware. Ariba should consume the web services exposed by HANA and Ariba should trigger the services. For example if a PR is created in Ariba which should trigger the services consuming the web service exposed by HANA and create a PO in HANA.
Is this scenario possible? What are the possible options to integrate Ariba Solution (not Ariba Network) with SAP S/4 HANA for transactional/ master data without utilizing a middle ware?

Are there Exposed Services or APIs for Workflow Tasks?
Hi All,
Where can I find a list of OData services exposed on Ariba?
I understand that there is a series of SOAP Web Services that we can consume directly with SAP-PO (PI/XI) via an Add-On.
And that these services are used to integrate transactions back and forth between the two systems.
However, I am interested in accessing the Workflow Tasks that are being generated on Ariba.
I see also that Ariba has its own Work Engine - therefore, there must be a way to expose the tasks from this engine via OData.
Ideally it should be possible to have Ariba Tasks being approved, rejected via an external application like Fiori or Unified Inbox - which would require an OData Interface exposed or some kind of Ariba APIs to implement it on a Netweaver Java.
How do we go about this? Is this even possible today or is it a "new feature request".
